Gerência péssima, não liga para o funcionário, deixa funcionários por meses sem fazer nada por problema de gerenciamento. Além disso, usa tecnologias antigas, plataformas extremamente não funcionais cheias de problemas, utiliza teams que é uma tecnologia horrível, e equipamentos providos abaixo da média.
