      Pros

      Good starting job if you want to gain experience. Coworkers Employee engagement activities PTO/Vacation Potluck lunches

      Cons

      Upper management is one of the worst I've seen. The owner runs the whole company and is liked by very few of the 100 employees. Directors and VP's give in to him in order to keep their job and keep the money flowing. Crooked to say the least. I could go on and on. LACK. OF. TRAINING. The owner advises a "figure it out" attitude which trickles down and obviously does not work for everyone.
