Pros
Nice office, often with free breakfast and a great coffee machine. Some really nice and friendly people. You get to work with Kotlin.
Cons
Tech-leads that over-estimate their own ability will micro manage every detail of your work. If you question their ideas, or don´t give your full obedience, they will do everything they can to destroy your reputation. Higher management don´t see any problem with this, and will support their tech leads. The ethical aspect that the products you work on can be used by global coorporations for tax planning. You have to go to office 4 out of 5 week days.
