      Company ruined by Nuisance people

      Pros

      There were lot of pro's but now nothing. It was one of best organization to work for but these money minded Nuisance people screwed it completely.

      Cons

      - No value for hard-worker - No morality or office ethics - These so called Nuisance people works only to fill 40 hours a week. They do not care about whether its beneficiary to organization or no? - No value for good or domain expert - Completely screwed management - If you want to become puppy to earn money, then you can join

      Company run by freelancers

      Pros

      In the past, Redknee used to be a company with good products, technically competent employees, valuable customers and great work culture.

      Cons

      Redknee employees have been fired after ESW tookover and have been replaced by Crossover freelancers (Employees, Management and even CEO is a freelancer) who do not understand the domain, technology and products. The freelancers have no idea of telecom domain and are only interested in hourly billing. Nobody really cares for the technology, products or customers. They have no commitment and leave for another assignment when it gets unmanageable.
