      Utterly useless mgmt. laughable CEO

      Pros

      - Get to talk about how useless the management is and laugh behind their backs with my coworkers. - Get to see the CEO having anger fits and episodes here and there, which is kinda hilarious and entertaining. - Get to watch PMs immediately suck up to the same CEO who just tore them apart. They are good pups. - Get to see simplest projects never being delivered because of the incompetent mgmt. Meh as long as I’m getting paid.

      Pros

      This company will offer you a slightly above market salary for your role, which will be tempting, especially if you're unemployed and in a vulnerable position, but I'd implore to reconsider. It's not worth it.

      Cons

      A few points: -The CEO has anger issues and is a poor leader. -Almost every team is mismanaged, leading to long hours and unnecessary stress. -I can't stress enough the mean spirited incompetency of the CEO and the senior team— smiling with clients but treats everyone below them like trash when no one important is around.
