Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel the work environment is terrible. We nurture a hybrid working environment and support in clinics up and down the UK and in Ireland to ensure we deliver an effective service for our clients. We are a business and like any other we need to be profitable in order to be able to provide a full suite of benefits and engagement solutions for our employees. We have implemented flex working, a benefits platform, increased counselling support and are introducing AI scribe to focus on our employees wellbeing and to help them to do their jobs. We are also providing more support to managers so they can support their teams. Please do talk to your Line Manager, the People team, or the Your Voice Group to ensure you are heard.
