Pros
You can clearly see the quantity of fake reviews posted here by HR or bribed employees. they come in waves. I can even go so far as to name some of them if needed. As for legitimate "Pro's" to OP, the Holiday party was usually a good time, also, if you're into the industry (shooting/hunting) you get freebies from time to time. ONLY, depending on your department and position, most employees will not see that perk. Other Pro, never took work home with you. No one ever pushed for more. No manager ever wanted to develop their department. Came in, work, go home.
Cons
the BIG Con is what every negative review shows here. The management structure is set up to fail. Almost all department heads are Russian, which is what the owners are. There is a very well known trend at OP that Russian favoritism exists. To the extent that people are hired for management roles who do not have any other work or education experience other than High School, but they ARE Russian. Another reviewer said there is movement possible. Lets get that straight. If you start in a customer service phone position, sure, you can move up one tier. My first day there I was told vertical movement does not happen here. The CEO told us all that. You do have some options to move to a lateral position with no pay increase. OP does not reward their employees with Merit increases. As a matter of fact, they had the first merit increase in 3 years to the tune of 2%. Now, most might be thankful for that, but we need to remember at the time of hiring you were promised yearly merit increases AND bonuses. Bonuses are never guaranteed, but the structure placed on them is so strict and unattainable that you do not try. Also never a good thing when you need a bail out to the tune of Morgan Stanley. So sum up the Cons- Terrible and unfit management, (very) below industry standard pay, and maybe most, no sense of employer loyalty to employees
