      When I joined Opticodes Tecnologies I was fresher but when I left I was confident Software developer. There are lot of learning opportunities if you are fast learner and hard working.

      Pros

      Opticodes Technologies is actually a perfect place to start your career. They make you work on live project using latest technologies. You learn a lot here. Overall work culture is ok. They make you work and work and work and work. At times it feels that you are getting exploited but ultimately your knowledge reach the next level. While discussing with my batchmates in other companies or big companies i feel the difference in the knowledge which they have and my knowledge. Although my salary is less but I have far more knowledge then aall my batchmates.

      Seniors make you work very hard.
