Pros
The job itself was easy. Pre-sales solutions architecture working with the sales team. Unlimited PTO is a nice perk.
Cons
During the hiring process, I was told I'd be getting a $10k bonus per quarter for hitting some mild personal metrics. I ended up getting only a $3k bonus (after asking about it several times). I was told that it was actually only a $5k bonus for personal metrics and the other $5k was for team metrics. I was granted 2 weeks PTO for the birth of my son. I was repeatedly called, texted, and messaged while in the hospital with my newborn about meetings. I submitted my two weeks notice as a courtesy and was immediately terminated. Don't let them fool you.
