The innovation team and our leader championed opportunities for growth and development in anti-racist and equitable ways

The organization still hasn’t figured out their primary stakeholder which causes operational issues with budget and org expansion. My layoff happened in a very traumatic way. I was unprepared to enter the already hectic job market. A lot of the things that led to the layoff were preventable and I hope they do better for their team members in the future.
