Pros

-Good team -Good customer service practice -Tasty food This job is nice for anyway who interested in part-time student job or entry position in hospitality service. A lot of customer service practice, good practice of multitasking and work under pressure.

Cons

- No motivation - No changes within environment. It'd be nice to improve the system of motivation for the staff. As soon as hourly rate is not exiting, it would be a nice idea to increase a staff discount or add some interesting bonuses for the staff members(e.g. Staff Member Of The Month)
