Don't Believe All The Hype. You Will Be Disappointed!

Pros

Fun environment. Until you realize what's really going on. Then your whole view will change.

Cons

Over promise and under deliver in ever aspect of their business. To the clients and their employees. Commission is never set in stone. As soon as they feel they have to pay their employees too much money. They switch the contracts up to make it harder for you to make money. And force you to sign them. They set unrealistic goals for their employees reach. And there is very minimal training. There is no real growth in the company. They will make it seem like there is. There is no trust at Operatix.

Pros

If you like being lied to and managed by young inexperienced staff this is the place to for you.

Cons

Turnover of staff is unbelievable, mangerment with no idea and everything done on the cheap. For a so called professional lead generation company who cares about its clients Operatix doesn’t even have a central CRM. It all about how much they can con from there clients

Pros

You can get a job at Opeartix even if you are clueless, is enough if you speak the language which they are requiring.

Cons

... Where to start? The executive management takes it too far with lies, cutting off commissions, promising things which will never happen. Huge expectations for nothing in return. Childish environment, they lie to all their clients and employees just to get their money! No CRM system in 2017 using excel sheet not investing in anything, keeping it all in their own pocket.
