Pros

Office is at a convenient location(near to metro station)

Cons

I joined the company as a Technical Recruiter with positive expectations, leaving a stable role at my previous organization. Unfortunately, my experience here was quite disappointing. During my initial days, I did not receive adequate onboarding support or proper access to essential recruitment tools required to perform my job effectively. There were frequent changes in operational decisions and infrastructure arrangements, including shifts between laptops and desktop systems, which created confusion and disrupted workflow. The work environment also felt unstructured, and it was difficult to understand clear expectations. Despite limited access to key tools such as recruitment platforms, I was placed on a 15-day Performance Improvement Plan very early in my tenure. During this time, some of the tools required to perform the role were reportedly unavailable, yet performance expectations remained very high. Within a few days of the PIP period, I was asked to resign. As a new employee still in the process of understanding internal processes, this was unexpected and disappointing. Additionally, certain standard employee benefits such as insurance were not available during my short tenure. I hope the organization considers improving onboarding processes, providing proper access to tools, and ensuring clear performance expectations so that new employees can contribute effectively Cons: Limited onboarding support, lack of clear processes, and insufficient access to required tools for new hires.

No good management, Bad HR

Pros

Company has potential, but currently struggling with leadership and proper structure process. No clear clarity on bench policy, and salary is not sure if employee not allocated to any project. HR communication needs lot of improvement. Many times response is delayed or no response. Salary payment also sometimes getting delayed. Employee benefits are very limited, especially no proper insurance coverage for family. If strong leadership, clear policies and better employee engagement comes, company can improve a lot.

Cons

They told, I will get free guidewire certification, when doing they are asking for the fees. Very bad.

Pros

Work is remote and no one gets involved with you, No ones knows you in the organization untill it's a timesheet submissions time

Cons

In my experience, the leadership team lacks maturity and adequate industry understanding. There is little respect shown toward employees, and concerns raised by staff are often ignored or dismissed. During my tenure, I personally experienced delays in salary payments, and at times salaries were not paid on time. This created financial and emotional stress for employees and reflected poor internal processes and accountability. I also observed a frequent hire-and-fire pattern. Several employees were asked to leave abruptly, often without clear reasons or proper communication. In my time here, I saw more than 20 people exit under such circumstances. The exit process can be particularly difficult. In my case, closure-related activities such as background verification and other exit formalities felt unnecessarily delayed, making it stressful to move on professionally. As this is a staffing company, I would strongly advise recruiters and consultants to do thorough due diligence and speak with former employees before joining. My overall experience was disappointing and mentally exhausting.
