      Absolute shambles

      Pros

      Underlying technology could revolutionise many industries.

      Cons

      Sold opportunity to work from home which was total rubbish. Home became 'remote' meaning you work at client site far from home. Fundamentally poor project management. Waterfall in an agile world. No decent training. Absolute bs to clients at every opportunity. Will lie to get you into role and not listen to anything they don't want to hear. CEO is called ruthless when in reality, he simply doesn't understand the UK market and the way to manage projects in the UK. Didn't even send a P45 at the end of employment.

      Pros

      Ability to drive if competent enough to take the wheel. Clear communication within own small teams. "Just get it done" without most of the politics involved.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from team to team. Extremely difficult to see goal(s) accomplished.

      Pros

      As an intern you can get directly involved in the development of the company's main products, and even participate in many decision processes. Interns can work alongside with senior engineers which is very helpful for building skills and gaining experience.

      Cons

      The office was kind of crowded. Salary could be higher. There were several departments and sometimes may result in poor communication
