Pros
None, there isn't even the slightest pros.
Cons
They shut down Hufcor ($120 million dollar business) similar to all the other failed businesses. Management was terrible, didn't cut the grass anymore, shipped projects at 90% complete so they could bill for it to cook the books, back charges came in like crazy, increased lead times from 6 weeks to 26 weeks, moved the plant to Mexico then shut it down.

These vultures will run your company in the ground. If you want to be unemployed, work for Open Gate. Employees are no value
