- Probably some of the smartest people you'll ever work with
- Super family orientated culture
- If you're a permanent employee you'll get amazing learning opportunites and mentors
- Competitive salaries
- You'll work with really bleeding edge tech, e.g. distributed systems, data science/engineering, bit of AI, graph theory, etc
- Monthly work events that a actually decent
- Once per week "work from the OpenCredo office" days (there's food!)
- Everyone is actually technical (CTO again one of the smartest people you'll meet, probably) except of obviously office admin, some finance, etc
Cons
- Sales/BDM and account management is lacking, but they're trying
- Customer base is a bit lacking right now, but also COVID-19
- It's not a big company if that's your thing
- Everyone is technical, i.e. if you want a non-technical delivery role like BA, PM, etc then this isn't for you
- Massive imposter syndrome sometimes, due the quality of people here (but eventually that goes away)

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It's always good to hear what is working well, as also what areas might need some TLC. Your feedback is very much appreciated.
OpenCredo is a very unique place to work. The density of professionals are incredibly high. They are one of the best in the industry.
Working here is challenging in good manner, but every day people can learn something new. They have very high standard for their consultants and really care about their clients.
OpenCreado has serious partnership with very strong technological companies.
The company fulfills everything what a software engineer needs: learning opportunities, interesting projects, conferences, relaxed (head office) environment.
The company is transparent, you really feel you are a part of a community.
I can just strongly recommend both employers and clients. I am doubt, I find such a good place as OpenCredo.
Cons
Because they have a lot of professional people, less experienced consultants can feel the pressure to reach their level.
Management give lack of guidance which technologies needs to pick up, and material depends up to you.
However the company is transparent, communication doesn't work always in the best way.
Engagement leading should follow a pattern (methodology, engagement meetings...)
