-Foot in the door, just for the IT experience, then should get out as quickly as possible after.
Cons
-Hire competent/trainable people -Compensation only entry level, not willing to even meet market value. -Insurance might as well not exist. -One week vacation, earned bit by bit, and never increases, regardless of time in. -No work/life balance. -Time off never respected. -Expected to do the work of others who are allowed to not complete their own. -Only one major client focus, all the others are secondary, and lack the help, and attention needed, leading to heavy client dissatisfaction.
