      Pros

      Good experience for someone just out of college. Other than that the only pro to this job was the day that I walked out of there.

      Cons

      Not many smart people at this company, it's basically an office full of interns. Manager creates and uncomfortable environment with unreasonable demands and constant berating of employees. Constant turnover as a result. 3 office moves within a year. Laughable pay. Avoid at all costs, I don't see anything positive that can come from working at Open Hospitality.

      Sinking Ship

      Pros

      Two stars because I did have fun there when I wasn't miserable. Very casual, some people were very fun to work with, drinking is encouraged after a certain hour, stepping stone sort of job.

      Cons

      Hostile work environment, lack of direction, very hush-hush about where the company is heading (newsflash: it's down the tubes), tyrant-like leadership, gossip central, low-ball salary. Sad because it has the appearance of a start up (though it's been around for quite a while) but the complete lack of drive to go anywhere.

      The Inverse of Progress in a Workplace

      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn early on, great people, reasonable learning curve, nice work/life balance.

      Cons

      Stagnate, difficult clients, low morale, lack of clarity on the direction in which the company was going. Placing an A type micro-manager in charge of ardent individuals thriving to advance their skill sets and exhibiting an unbearable, malevolent attitude while failing to grasp the basics of the teams he was overseeing greatly contributed to the downfall of this company, not to mention his sexist, bigoted ways.
