      Pros

      I have been with open from last 2 years and i have got lot of opportunity to learn grow and learn . The main thing i noticed in open is the work life balance which you wont get in any startups. This is my personal genuine feedback. From day 1 till the date. Anish our company CEO, he is such a person with a high vision and a down to earth personality. I came to know about him when i was assigned to a project. And i was really shocked the way he interact with us. Its an amazing place to explore your journey.

      Cons

      The company location is in rga tech park,Sarjapur and personally i am coming from jalahalli. The heavy traffic and the availability of cab service

      Pros

      I have been part of open for the last 2 years. Good work culture and very motivating workspace. The management values its employees. The work balance is excellent. In my previous job, i struggled a lot to maintain my worklife and my personal life. But in open, i felt so happy to manage it. And nice collegues who are so supportive.

      Cons

      Nothing much but, yes we are missing the fun activities that we had in pre covid days. We need to restart it again🥳

      Pros

      Amazing work culture. There were 4 rounds of interview. The coordinator ( Rakhi )was friendly and helpful. So the process was so smooth. And the 1st round was technical, 2nd was interaction, 3rd was with founderand final round was with hr. Overall good experience. So with proper prepration can crack the process.
