Pros
The environment is charming and the patrons are generally very kind. The younger partner, Sarah, is very kind and reasonable. The primary owner is stubborn and rigid.
Cons
The owner is resistant to change. I witnessed a multitude of improper health and safety practices being administered during my short tenure, including improper storage for certain pre-made food items, as well as the owner dropping a loaf of bread on the kitchen floor, picking it up and serving it to customers.

Pros
Everyone very friendly and pleasant to work with. It's a busy place and most everyone works together for a common goal.
Cons
I didn't think I was trained well. You are shown some stuff but your kind of on your own. I felt I had more to offer but was stuck with a basic repetative job and there was more things to do if I was shown properly how to do it.
