- Was driven by a visionary leader, competent professional people and experts, now driven by egos and a budget manager. Wasn't perfect but was self-aware, now issues have amplified but are buried. - The organisation is being dragged not guided and always desperate. - Shocking leadership most (if not all) of whom were put in place without a proper recruitment process. - Plans are either great on paper only (tech) or meaningless waffle (anything else eg E&D), then when it doesn't work there is no review if leaders are accountable or blame when more junior staff are unable to deliver. - Resources are tightly controlled and allocated for work, and yet mismanaged beyond that, as leaders don't do due diligence re spending. - Decisions are not well thought through and poor planning by leadership never impacts them as they make sure they are secure. - The culture took a nosedive after the CEO moved to VP and HR at the time moved on too (most without roles to go to). - So much potential is wasted - development and progression are not done well, and decisions about who gets what or moves on if based on 'face-fit' - There'd been a fantastic culture for a long time, but not been at all good in recent times. Many stay because of the work and people but everything else is a hot mess.
