Pros

1) You meet a lot of new people 2) You learn (on your own) how to get out of your comfort zone and interact with strangers whom can possibly become new clients 3) You do a lot of walking so you stay in shape

Cons

1) We were forced to write positive reviews on Glassdoor in order to maintain employment. The negative reviews on here are 100% truth! You can only leave one review per account in certain timeframe so we were forced to create new e-mails just for this purpose. BEWARE: The positive reviews on here are phony. 2) The pay is not only pitifully low, it is inconsistent. You may not be paid on time 3) The "CEO", Josh, is very unprofessional. He takes pride in yelling at his workers in front of others. While some workers may have made mistakes, they need to be reprimanded in private. Doing so in front of everyone lowers the morale. 4) This company will change its name soon after a "merger" so that they can try to rid themselves of the bad image they have created in this industry. But just remember the "CEO's" name: Josh Peace.

Pros

They are good at persuading you that the role will generate lots of cash for you

Cons

What this job entails is you standing outside with an apron, equipped with mediocre sales tactics for a full day without a salary and benefits. It is borderline harassment targeting working executives during their lunch break. It is really quite pathetic. It is commission-only which leads them to push this "you get what you work for" type mentality, when in reality, this is a recipe for disaster. A degree is not necessary and the interview process is horrendous (a 3 day process).

Thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback on our company. We always appreciate the opportunity to improve. We look for people who are able to have fun and enjoy themselves at work, this makes the customers feel more relaxed and they receive a positive customer experience. Our client provides us with a playful and well-branded uniform to advertise their link in the health foods sector, our team has fun with it and we are proud to represent such a reputable brand. From our own experience, individuals with a sense of humility make the most successful businessmen and women. Most candidates are happy to hear about the rewards they will receive for their work, which is why we want to discuss the progression opportunities as well as remuneration at various stages. Which is where we inform all candidates about how they are in control of their rewards as they will take away from this role what they put into it. Having worked with us in the past, we strongly hope you have taken away some valuable skills that you can use to secure the right job for you. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.

Pros

I had the joy of meeting few friends while here at this job. I was there for only 3 months but it was very fun to see everyone come in frustrated and trying to find other jobs and quitting all in the process.

Cons

The reviews are fake comma trust me I know. Strictly commission-based, working on Saturdays. You don't need ANY education for this position. This is not a marketing gig (no matter how they try and dress it) it's an all day sales job.

Thank you for your feedback, we are really happy to hear that you made some strong friendships while working within our firm, we do try to go above and beyond when it comes to our company culture and the relationships our team have with each other. When it comes to Glassdoor, everybody leaves their own reviews on our account at their own free will, we really want to utilize Glassdoor and it's unlimited capabilities to generate so much positive awareness about our company, this is why we have an account with them. We simply ask that our candidates take a few minutes to post their feedback after their interviews. Having worked with us in the past, we strongly hope you have taken away some valuable skills that you can use to secure the right job for you. We wish you the best of luck in your job search.
