Scope for Improvement ✨ While the work environment is great, certain processes could be more streamlined to enhance efficiency. Workload can sometimes be dynamic, requiring good time management. Additionally, more structured training sessions and employee engagement initiatives would be a great addition. That said, the company is evolving, and improvements are always in progress!
