The benefits were good but doubled in price this year for the same coverage we had last yr. Now they offer a catastrophic at a slightly elevated rate so I am paying slightly more for no coverage until i hit my high deductible.. It was similar to taking a huge cut in pay if you use your benefits.

High turnover rate in both administrative and clinical sides which management doesn't seem to care about. An alarming number of new managers in the Billing/Revenue Cycle Dept has led to a lack of clear direction & some employees taking advantage to slack off since there is a lack of consistency of applying policies. Management went cheap buying their new software and it shows.
