      Ignore the fake positive reviews

      Don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews that the company is posting to try and bring the score up. They're doing the same with TrustPilot, rather than fixing the problems (in this case the management team) they're creating fake review or convincing staff to post them. This kind of behaviour is just the tip of the iceberg. Stay well away!
