      The people are very good to work with and bobd together easily. Good work-life balance is ensured

      No cons at all. Highly recommend going for it!

      Good when they need you, not when they don't

      Pros

      Good place to work when there's a budget and economy is doing well.

      Cons

      In a poor recession economy the budget cuts are real and layoffs are by the masses. You're pretty much salary capped from the start and unless you suck up to upper management you won't see promotions or anything of the sort in years to come. Would prefer to hire external consultants and convert them to full time employees.
