      You have a job. Sometimes free snacks.

      Cons

      Very bad culture. CEO is control everything, only he know how things are! Youre opinion is invalid. We spent many months developping something only for ceo to say, new idea. You have to be at office, all times, time is kept by ceo brothers. Mandatory 1h lunch + 8 hours at office. Modern slavery. NO REMOTE WORK!

      Pros

      Modern technologies, paid overtime, located in old town, sports compensation, car parking compensation, "fruit basket", every month outdoor activities such as paintball, carting or VIP table at night club.

      Cons

      Wasting work time on Facebook, Youtube etc is not welcomed. You have to be managed to adopt yourself to different situations, like an non-commented functionality, missing specification. Be ready to communicate with colleagues and CTO-s from partner-companies to solve some problems or to find solutions. You should have ability not to go in conflicts with colleagues. Be ready to get in company with non-following development processes. Be ready to be pressed from CEO and CTO, but of course for the good salary!
