I was employed straight after university and stayed for ten years. Online Partner has been most of my adult life. 🥲 Kulture-chemistry has always factored into who gets hired, with character and potential outweighing education. If we spend eight hours together, we should be happy together. Much has changed, but a warm family culture still permeates the business. The roles are fluid and shaped according to the individual's strengths and desires; balanced against the company's rapidly changing needs. 😅 Each role is unique, with great impact. Never a cog in the machine. The walls practically breathe innovation, with a quick pace, short lines, and modern business tools. The entrepreneurial spirit has been an inspiration to me and several others. Lots of variety is rarely boring. ⭐
Cons
Unrelenting optimism and growing pains are the eternal struggles of a fast-growing business. 📈 Ambitious dreams are inspiring, but sometimes there is a lack of structure, or the resources to make them come true. Though well-meaning, it sends the wrong signals. There are downsides to unique roles and family culture; it's difficult to cover for each other, and layoffs can come in waves as friends leave in groups. 😳 The responsibility for competence development lies mostly with our employees. We get some freedom and time, but few have the insight to identify their shortcomings or the drive to work on them. Time is rather spent with small talk, sending the wrong signals to our colleagues.

very low pay compared to industry dishonest employer below average customer service expectation that employees do more than one role rather than employ additional persons
