Pros

Good food truck outside.....A/C works

Cons

Racism and sexism is out of control... google onetouch lawsuits and you will see, i was in leadership and i resigned due to an atmosphere that is very ghetto , most of leadership are drunk or drinking on the job other than the drug use, they short agents paychecks and treat them like subhumans, constant harassment of every kind, bullying non stop all day, HR covers for leadership all the time, they have lost a tremendous amount of lawsuits, and are currently in litigation for countless others, dont take my word ..google it.... most of leadership are ex cons and it shows google Hillsborough sheriff and you will see so many mug shots, just save your career and time and work somewhere else....

Pros

Literally nothing. The company is a joke, they care only about the money they are bringing in for themselves even at the extent of screwing over their employees.

Cons

One Touch is probably the worst company I have ever worked for. They claim to care about its employees and their families and personal lives when it comes to trying to convince those employees to either change their schedule or accept some type of massive change ( there is always some huge change going on, every couple of months like clockwork). They treat their supervisors so poorly, they play unrealistic and unfair favoritism. The site director and program managers have their own little cushy schedules and offices and never come in on the weekends. Upper management is always talking about making sure agents and sups are doing their jobs correctly because There are always chances to get fired basically, but they don’t worry because it’s never their job on the line. They will make you feel important, give you a nice title and then take everything away then cut your pay in half. They don’t care how long you’ve put up with their unprofessional company, tenure doesn’t matter. And even before you work there, they post their job offerings for 15-18 dollars per hour(they want people to think they can make lots of money) but the truth is, it’s a minimum wage job in which they claim commission makes up for an extra 6 dollars an hour and they are constantly changing your job description to suit whatever needs corporate wants for the month(because your signature on the hiring paperwork doesn’t matter) They will do what they have to do to make a buck, even if it means screwing over the entire agent and sup population of the building. I would never recommend anyone work for this low life, penny pinching, unfair and unprofessional workplace, EVER!

Pros

Pay, benefits, flexibility, hours, competitions, atmosphere with others who work side by side with you

Cons

Security of the job, no real involvement from the owners to supervisors, just take the word of managers. Managers sugar coat everything while the supervisors are pulling their hair out.
