Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. First off, I want to apologize that you had a negative experience working at 1-Stop, and that it has taken us so long to respond. At 1 Stop, we conduct annual Engagement Surveys asking all our employees to provide us feedback on what we are doing well and what we can improve on. In our 2017 survey, 84% of employees strongly agreed/ agreed they have Trust in our Leadership Team. Bad Management

Great Location If you are driving or live in South

Cons

Bad management, Lot of managers who micro-mange and bully the staff. Never appreciate the work you do. Not a good company to work. Please avoid 1-Stop.

Thank you for your feedback. We take these types of accusations very seriously, as they do not align with the 1-Stop values. Every year 1 Stop runs an Engagement Survey to ensure that every employee has the chance to be heard. In the 2017 survey over 75% of employees strongly agreed/ agreed that 1 Stop provides a positive work environment. But we know we can always do better, which is why we are rolling out an updated recruitment process, revised on-boarding process and a whole range of new employee benefits- group training sessions, more social events and a full stocked kitchen pantry are just a few. Senior Developer

Pros

Monthly breakfast and lunch sponsored by the company are the only pros.

Cons

1) Geriatric management. 2) The company has more managers than there are developers actually doing the job. 3) Management has no clear vision of how to be a pioneer and create differentiating factors in their line of business. For obvious reasons, they are too old and should retire. 4) Instead of retiring and hiring young business managers and developers, they are hiring more managers which are good for nothing and are a financial burden on the company. 5) Salary is a joke. One of the worst paymaster's in Australia. 6) Too much micromanagement and unhealthy work culture. Each and every minute at work will be tracked. Your every activity is monitored and sniffed and used against you when the need arises. Managers bully the developers while they (managers), themselves are a big liability to the company and are doing more bad than good to the business. Advice to job seekers:- Keep this company as last resort. Join only if you dont have any other alternative.

Thank you for your feedback. At 1-Stop we hire the best person for the role, regardless of age (or anything other than skill). We empower our managers to actively manage their teams, and over 80% of employees strongly agreed/ agreed that managers do this effectively in our 2017 Engagement Survey. However, we know we can always do better, which is why we take your accusations of bullying very seriously. They absolutely do not align with the 1-Stop values.
