Lots of learning , lots of knowledge sharing , and I've been surrounded by colleagues who are not just passionate about their work but also dedicated to helping each other succeed.

Pros

Team members are supportive and immensely contribute towards maintaining a positive work environment. One can learn a lot from the team as all the members are highly trained, qualified, knowledgeable and compassionate. Appreciable working experience, one can get to work where his/her interest lies. You will get ownership to your work and sometimes this gets a little overwhelming as you have to work really hard and learn to hold the accountability.

Knowledgeable Peers: You're surrounded by really smart, technical people who are always willing to share what they know. Great Vibes: The office culture is genuinely positive and makes coming to work enjoyable. Growth: Because the teams are small, your hard work actually gets noticed, and there's a clear path to move up if you've got the skills.

Cons

Leave Flexibility: The monthly leave count is a bit tight, and it would be better if sick leave and casual leave were tracked separately.
