      Free Breakfast and Snacks - Always a benefit Paid Lunch - Something you rarely see sadly

      Cons

      Expendable - If you have a bad day especially in your probation period you will likely lose your job Mental Health Support is lacking - To be honest, if you are having a bad time and don't show it they aren't likely to pick up on it. They are not disability friendly, if you have an invisible disability like a neurodiversity they will say they are understanding but yet they most definitely not understanding. I would not recommend this job for people who are struggling mentally

      Good progression opportunities if management like you Team incentives Friendly people - the people are the best part

      Cons

      Management are slow to act upon complaints and then will push complaints under the rug Lack of genuine care for employees who need help inside of work and outside of work. You’re made to feel replaceable at any moment Salary does not reflect amount of work!!

      Pros

      The onboarding process is really good, and the initial training. A nice place to work at first as you are made to feel very welcome, and most of the staff there are nice. There are many staff incentives to encourage you to get those sales in!

      Cons

      Some passive aggressive management. This company claims that culture is very important, however if you don't bring in the sales the tone changes and you become replaceable.
