      Something about not hating going to work

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are good. But that's not the only reason to go to work. I have had many jobs in my life and I can tell you first hand that liking your place of employment is a must. Here at OSRS we like and respect each other. And that goes for everyone; bosses, c level, and even the cleaning staff. We try and show everyone that their voice matters. To this, there is room for growth, a time to share your ideas, and even fun and games to let your personality come out. We have a game room to relax for a moment, snacks to take a break, celebrations for birthdays, etc... OSRS is really one of the jobs you here about and want to work for. So to put it another way, there is something to be said about loving going to work.

      Cons

      I wish they had a more robust (there currently is one) telecommute/WFH program. I understand that removing the staff would pull at the culture this place has, but it would help those who need it. With the amount of options for us to come together for social events, celebrations, and video conferences; it would be nice to save on gas and food. A weird con, but its only because there should be one, because no place is perfect, is the stalls. Yep, this places employee pool has grown and that means more coffee, which means more...well you get the idea.
