Pros

It's a lot of good people and can be very rewarding. You will grow to care for the members and they will respond to whatever energy you bring.

Cons

Stress, understaffing, short lunch break, hectic atmosphere, underfunded, low starting salary, no real training beyond the excruciating first couple weeks of slideshows.

Shift starts early and ends before 4 pm; they employ people with intellectual disabilities.

Cons

Unstructured, useless service. If you're looking for a place to work with purpose, it's not here. This is a poor-quality daycare.
