      Close to the train station, lots of great people who work at OneSelect

      Cons

      MD treats employees poorly: very much a “us and them” culture. Ambiguous / non existent policies leaves it difficult to know where you stand. MD doesn’t place any emphasis on regulation, compliance or customer service. Customer service team is constantly understaffed, call waiting times are regularly over 20mins and there are shoddy processes so customers aren’t happy! For anyone looking to join, the company is in big financial trouble (google it)... I would stay away! Regularly overpromise career progression to new starters: it just doesn’t happen!

      Pros

      OneSelect offers a friendly and relaxed working environment with a clear focus on employee well-being and making the workplace enjoyable. We work hard but we play hard too! People are treated as adults, given autonomy to make decisions with the support of management and everyone is actively encouraged to bring new ideas to the business. We're building a great culture of accountability and innovation and as we're small and growing fast, offer excellent career progression!

      Cons

      A frequently re-stocked snacks cupboard and unlimited hot chocolate are really not good if you're trying to lose weight!

      Fairly relaxed environment, friendly employees, informal/open plan office space, plenty of options for career progression, pool table for break-time, sociable group
