Pros

Growing company that has many job openings

Cons

I worked at this company and the CPO (Chief People Officer, but should be Chie Liar Officer) fabricated and manufactured lies. She was intrusive, a backstabber and her recruiting staff lied to candidates about commission salaries. Don't work here!

It's a Job

Pros

Many jobs that the company offers are remote Company can hire applicants in almost every state (Unless you are in the call center) There is no micromanagement of work Ability to take vacation time before it is accrued

Cons

Comp analysis/comp changes for some teams haven't been done for over 5 years - so the starting wages are stagnant even despite massive inflation Minimal actual opportunities for growth, but they will definitely talk about it like it's realistic *NO* training for new leadership/management, so if you do not have previous management experience, you are being set up for failure Questionably competent co-workers - concerning security practices, people not understanding their own processes, and senior leadership who don't understand basic facets of the teams they represent

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you valued the flexibility of our remote‑friendly structure, the autonomy in most roles, and the ability to take time off before it accrues. We’re committed to maintaining a work environment built on trust and flexibility, so it’s encouraging to hear these elements stood out to you. We also appreciate the areas you highlighted for improvement. Since this review was posted, we’ve taken several meaningful steps to address many of the concerns you noted: Compensation: We have updated compensation and introduced salary bands internally to help guide internal decisions and ensure more consistent, competitive pay structures. We are continuing to evaluate compensation regularly across roles. Training & Leadership Development: We’ve expanded training resources and implemented structured development programs for new employees. Career Growth: While some roles naturally have more linear paths than others, we are actively working on clarifying progression routes and strengthening development opportunities across the company. Your comments about communication, security practices, and the need for deeper cross‑team understanding are also valuable. Clear communication and operational alignment are essential, and we are continually reviewing our processes to improve transparency and consistency, especially when rolling out new policies or organizational changes - we have since made sure policies are rolled out to management first then to employees. We have put together FAQ documents for new policies and hosted meetings. Thank you again for sharing your experience and offering thoughtful suggestions. Feedback like this helps guide ongoing improvements and strengthens the employee experience for everyone.

Pros

A few amazing people work here, if it wasn’t for them nobody would stay.

Cons

The company is a mess, they won’t make the necessary changes to make it a better place. The call center agents aren’t paid appropriately for the amount of unpleasant patients they deal with. HR representative only there because she has her hand in someone else’s pocket. Favoritism is a huge thing here. Nobody cares about the hard work you put in they are penny pinches and expect you to work until you bleed with little to no reward. They set unrealistic goals that you have 0 chance of hitting meanwhile you’re doing multiple different jobs all because they can’t fix the system. Get rid of the big D (Devona) in HR; get rid of the lazy people that can’t be bothered to do their job right. And appreciate your employees, pay them what they deserve and fix your broken company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you had positive experiences with some of your colleagues as our teams are truly the heart of our organization. We’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience fell short. While we can’t comment on individual situations, we take concerns around communication, compensation, workload, and trust very seriously. We also recognize that rapid growth can create challenges, and we are committed to addressing them. It’s important to note that since your review, our People & Culture function has undergone significant changes, including the change to a new HR leader. Their focus is on building stronger employee support, increasing transparency, reinforcing fairness, and improving the overall HR experience. We continue to evaluate compensation structures, staffing needs, system improvements (just implemented UKG Ready for better administration and employee experience for payroll, benefits, performance, etc) and operational processes to better support our call center and all departments. Employee feedback, both positive and critical, plays a meaningful role in guiding these efforts. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. We remain committed to creating a better, more supportive workplace for everyone. Please reach out to hr@mnetfinancial.com with other suggestions for continuous improvement.
