      Pros

      Benefits are good and affordable, dental team is great, mission of company, 401k match is nice. Sad that 20 word minimum is hard when you have to list pros. I would write for days about the negative.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership, punitive company, culture is really bad. Culture is set from the top down and the leadership is really bad.

      Pros

      I will give the company that you have decent hours. You are done by 5, and there are no weekends.

      Cons

      I could write a college essay on the cons. I will say this ask them about their employee turnover rate. They recently let go a lot of employees in upper management and have a high turnover among their NPs and other staff. As a former employee I can my coworkers were wonderful folks, the way the place is run leaves much to be desired. No wonder no one stays or they get fired.
