Pros

mostly great co-workers; leadership not so much

Cons

Exec team seems to be a middle school clique and if you don't go along with them, regardless of whether their direction is good for the business or not (and yes, tenured employees do know what historically has worked and what hasn't) you are black listed. Not all leaders are bad, they just don't stand up for what's right. Once two good companies have been destroyed by a merger that was really an acquisition.

Pros

There are some good people at this company. Hybrid 2 days in the office if you live near the office, but can work fully remote if you’re not near an office. Also, free lunch when in the office.

Cons

A once great company has turned into something I don’t recognize anymore. They’ve let go long many tenured employees that have made employees scared of losing their jobs. Great talent eventually leave once they see how awful the Leadership is and how unorganized this company is. They make drastic changes for the sake of change. They are scared of clients and do not back their employees. The CEO seems clueless to what’s going on within the company. Leadership hire friends for other leadership roles and they are not trained on processes or how things work. Teams are not aligned, people are unprofessional, it’s very chaotic, there’s too many chefs in the kitchen, and leadership waste time with useless meetings that take you away from your work. We seem to have many job openings that look great but trust me, it’s not worth it. I’ve had many people ask me about Onbe because they are thinking of applying and I tell them not to. So please don’t waste your time. Most people here are actively looking for new jobs.

Pros

Good health insurance and good coworkers

Cons

Low pay, outlook for company is not great and leadership is very untrustworthy. No bonuses and crappy raises, no more Onbe day, the holiday party was changed to a weird time in January. They fire beloved, long-term employees with no plan to transfer the legacy knowledge those people take with them, then blame the remaining people for not knowing how to do things after the fact. The sales and pricing team way over promise to the clients and then the operations team takes the blame when clients become unhappy because those promises aren't kept. Departments butt heads because of unrealistic expectations and work loads. Some departments seem to have it easy while others are absolutely drowning. If you are thinking of working here think again.
