Pros
There are a lot of good people at Onapsis. The pay is decent, the benefits are OK and improving. Some have complained about lack of diversity but that is unfair since more than half the employees are in Argentina giving the company a decided Hispanic bent.
Cons
Unfortunately most of the good people are NOT in upper management. The CEO can come across as friendly and helpful but in reality he is focused on taking the company public ASAP so he can get his money and run. The CFO came from EMC and talk about a square peg in a round hole. You can't expect the same things from a start-up as you do from a billion dollar company. Quotas are no longer realistic with the current state of the economy. Quit expecting the same growth you had a few years ago when the economy was so strong. Trying to shorten the sales cycle, yet they are putting all their eggs into the GSI basket which actually lengthens the sales cycle since the Onapsis solution is almost always a rounding error for the GSI large projects.
