Low job fill rate initially whilst you fight for your clients. Each staff have their own clients so your job listings are often treated 2nd tier. You're provided with a client pool that some times can feel like the dregs with previous clients who have had bad experience or people who just will not use agency. One director can speak in a way that feels patronising and often answers to questions feel cookie cutter and not individual and supportive. Another director is somewhat hands off to staff but makes comments that will make you panic a little.
