      Pros

      This was my favorite job I've had. The colleagues, TL's, and customers are always so great to be around. They ensure you give the best you can be and help you all along the way. I worked in a friendly environment with (mostly) polite customers and supportive co-workers.

      Seeking direction and support from team leaders and management is effortless. I have grown my knowledge and skill working at ONPASSIVE, and as a fresher, you will receive unconditional support that is great for the growth of your carrier as well.

      Cons

      Though their working ours are standard 10-7, but they have no cabs.

      Great learning opportunity since this is a very young and enthusiastic company. I love the work environment here as team members are motivated to interact and act.
