      Niche book of business with a fun customer base. Great learning opportunities, always the chance to be involved with processes and procedures. Great work life balance. Travel opportunities. Good benefits.

      Upper Management is extremely Racist and stuck in there ways, and they know it and they DO NOT care and will never change No accountability. The "Gossip" in the office is ridiculous, everyone knows everyone's business within MINUTES
