6yThank you for taking time to feedback on your experiences at Omobono. We welcome all constructive feedback from employees and former employees and I’d like to respond to the points you’ve raised.
2019 has actually seen us win some of the biggest contracts the company has ever been award – client relationships with SoftBank companies, workforce transformation projects, employer brand missions.
The last few months have seen some really exciting changes at Omobono and we have radically increased the level of transparency within the company. Following some internal initiatives we have a level of honest conversation with our teams which I don’t believe many companies would be open to.
We are taking active steps to build leadership skills across our teams and to ensure we hear the voice of the people who work at Omobono, giving them a clearer voice in how we improve the company.
