Unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. The company needs to reevaluate leadership and management.

Pros

Working from home option is so great with given all time to time check back process and instructions on how to complete project in given time. Colleagues are really showing appreciation for hard work and quick revert time for questions and concerns.

Cons

Sometimes project cycle is slow and stagnant with little work on hourly positions from client so really can’t help it and gets boring.

I working at OmniPoint Staffing as a full time employee for than a year and continue to work with them for long term. They will pay my salary very promptly
