The company lacks transparency, especially regarding employee benefits and compensation. There are no annual leaves for 30 days, no spouse insurance, and no extra pay for overtime. Employees are forced to sign agreements at the beginning and are later told they have only 15 days of leave, or they must leave the company. Additionally, the office hours are 8:30 AM, but in the SaaS industry, decision-makers typically reach out after 12 PM or 1 PM, which results in late working hours. The overall work environment is overstressed and lacks balance.
