Pros
Social environment, M-F, decent hours, free lunch on fridays, company holiday parties, days go by fast because of the high amount of work.
Cons
Lots of drama and 'cliques'. No advancement opportunities. Supervisors train employees to work as fast as possible and if/when mistakes are made, they train employees to 'fudge' results to avoid being written up or fired. Isopropyl alcohol and methanol are poured down the drain.. I don't know how this is a legal practice. The safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures are severely lacking here. Vacation benefits are not ideal: 2 weeks vacation (what isn't used is roled over), 3 sick days, 2 personal. Okay first job right out of college.
