I liked the freedom that I had as an employee. They didn't micro manage me. I traveled about 50% of the time, but its not required that you travel - just an option. So if you like to travel for work it could be a great fit. Defiantly a team environment. The way that the business is set up you are not competing for position. Sales are uncapped.
