Have to be liked or part of the family to go anywhere. Was bullied out of my role to be replaced by a family member. Echoing other review in terms of work. Would not recommend.

- Non-engineers e.g. Sales would try to make engineering decisions - Outdated methods, even though they claim to be 'innovators' e.g. not using version control tools such as Github due to 'security concerns' - Nepotism runs high as it is a family-owned company, family members are in key management positions - Very cliquey - Poor working conditions i.e. poor lighting, heating, lack of concern for things like dust inhalation - Over-selling to customers only to disappoint with projects overrunning
