If you are looking at a credible/ethical company for your next career move then for sure this is NOT the right stop for you. There are million companies out there in the market, go find yourself ONE. During the interview process they portray themselves as very ethical, good and a decent company that have been cheated by the sales people for not performing and taking away their salary. However, Once you join, the true colors are shown the very first week and you are stranded looking for new employer. This is the most unethical company that you can ever think of and no wonder their US staffing process never took off till date though they claim to be in the US market for few years now. Many Senior professionals have left this company without even giving a proper notice period and some have absconded after taking the salary due to the very nature of this so called managing partner. My advise to every professional out there, please do not even respond to calls from recruiters from this company if you are seeking a new job opportunity.

Yes, Many (A long list and a never ending one) I had spent considerable time working with his company and contributed heavily in terms of revenue. But I could only realize their motive behind hiring me was that they have started reaching out to my clients without my knowledge and when confronted, I was told these leads belong to them and started taking the credit away from me for the clients that I had introduced to this company. This was done to avoid paying the commissions that I deserved. Both the partners (actually they are a family) take turns in pointing out faults that are non-existent. When one hits that other applies healing medicine and vice-versa until the time you abscond or resigns, then their mission is accomplished and the hunt starts for a new scapegoat.

Not the best place to work as a parent company

Team is helpful in getting job placement activity.

Cons

I worked for a year as a parent company and deputed to Mindtree. I felt worst is when my leave plan gets approved in client place, there is only 1 day In a month to take leave and the remaining approved days leave will go as LOP in Oloop. Also when I get the resignation notice in Client place, Oloop will not care on their next opportunities with Oloop which is not implemented. Humanity must have the trustworthyness in both Mindtree and Oloop.
