      Benefit wise ok - sport club, dinner, family day, festive celebration

      No clear guidance No proper training, paid training (company will bond you for certain period of time) Slow career growth as people are too comfortable with the position Management dont listen to you (they just ask for feedback for the sake of asking but no action) Micromanaged No systematic system You’re expected to do more despite no clear direction on what to do
